About The Alpenglow Edit

The Alpenglow Edit is a wedding planning and coordination business operated by Vivian Mulhern, based in Denver, Colorado. We provide wedding coordination, day-of coordination, planning sessions, and full-service wedding planning to clients across Colorado and beyond.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

The Alpenglow Edit offers three primary services:

  • The Alpenglow Session — a two-hour wedding planning intensive at $200, booked through our scheduling platform.
  • Day-Of Coordination — full day-of coordination services starting at $1,800.
  • The Full Edit — full-service wedding planning at 10% of total vendor investment, with a minimum of $8,500.

All services are subject to availability. Booking a service does not guarantee availability until a signed agreement and deposit have been received.

Payments and Deposits

The Alpenglow Session

Payment of $200 is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.

Day-Of Coordination

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is due at contract signing to hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding date.

The Full Edit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is typically split across two payments: half due six months before the wedding and half due one month before the wedding date. Specific payment schedules are detailed in your signed Statement of Work.

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly specified in your signed service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

The Alpenglow Edit uses HoneyBook to process contracts and payments. By submitting payment, you agree to HoneyBook's terms of service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client

For Day-Of Coordination, clients must notify The Alpenglow Edit a minimum of 30 days in advance of any cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, 20% of the remaining balance is required and non-refundable.

For The Full Edit, clients must notify The Alpenglow Edit a minimum of 60 days in advance of any cancellation. Any payments made for services provided up until the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Provider

For Day-Of Coordination, The Alpenglow Edit will provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any cancellation of services. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, The Alpenglow Edit will find a replacement coordinator at no additional cost to the client.

For The Full Edit, The Alpenglow Edit will provide a minimum of 60 days notice for any cancellation of services.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Changes to the event date may result in adjusted fees depending on the new date and current availability.

Scope of Services

The scope of services provided by The Alpenglow Edit is defined in your signed Statement of Work. Any significant changes to the scope of the event after signing, including changes to the number of guests, event duration, number of locations, or overall vendor budget, may result in adjusted fees.

For The Full Edit, the fee is calculated as 10% of the total vendor investment. As the vendor budget grows, the fee adjusts accordingly. This structure is agreed upon at the time of signing and applies to the final total vendor investment at the conclusion of planning.

Client is responsible for entering into all vendor agreements unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Alpenglow Edit will obtain client's written approval before entering into any binding contracts or issuing non-refundable deposits on the client's behalf.

Independent Contractor

The Alpenglow Edit operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms or any service agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.

The Alpenglow Edit may use assistants or subcontractors to fulfill service obligations. The Alpenglow Edit remains responsible for the quality and delivery of all services.

Photography and Likeness

By engaging The Alpenglow Edit for services, clients authorize The Alpenglow Edit to use photographs and images from the event for business purposes, including website use, social media, and marketing materials. This authorization is detailed in the Release section of your service agreement.

If you have concerns about the use of specific images, please contact us directly and we will address them.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, or other events outside the reasonable control of either party. Payment obligations are not subject to force majeure.

Warranty

The Alpenglow Edit warrants that services will be performed in a timely, professional, and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally recognized industry standards. Services are subjective in nature and may vary based on a client's style, budget, and needs. Clients will not be eligible for a refund due to dissatisfaction with aesthetic decisions or artistic choices.

Any warranty claims must be raised within 30 days of the performance of the relevant services.

Both The Alpenglow Edit and clients agree to treat non-public, proprietary information shared in connection with the services as confidential. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except on a need-to-know basis and will be used solely in connection with the services being provided.
